“I’d like to apologise again for my actions the other night, Abbey.” CJ spoke quietly, almost as if she was afraid that the room was bugged.
“Do you honestly think that I would have let you kiss me if I didn’t want you to?” Abbey’s lips formed a cheeky smile. “I can have Secret Service on you in a second, but I didn’t.” She stepped forward to where CJ was leaning against her desk, her hand reaching out to caress the younger woman’s cheek.
“Why me?” She questioned, frowning slightly but relishing the touch.
“Because, I’m in love with you.”
