(no subject)
So I guess I will start writing in my journal again. I haven't really just sat and wrote for some time now. I just finished the show, it was really good besides all the rediculous drama that did not have to happen. I just realized that this was a learning experience. I learned, what not to do, which would be run a theatre with absolutely no sense of a clue. But more importantly, how not to treat people. I lost alot of respect for the theater who I was working for, and I believe well I know, that they have lost alot of talented people in the process of growing as a theatre, to be left with all the young people who do not know any better, and who do not know the way it should be.
I will no longer work with this theatre company ever again. I find it facinating that when the reviews came out and I got AWESOME reviews, and so did a handfull of others, that I was made to feel like shit about them. Anyway I will continue on with my post at another time. Its time to unwind and watch West Side Story the next show I will be doing.
