Kyio's Luceti Meme
1) Height: Canon says she's 162 cm, 5'4"-ish.
2) Weight: Here Namco gives a reasonable weight! 110 lbs/50 kg!
3) Eye color/Hair Color: She has pretty blue eyes and long dusty brown hair.
4) Age: Based on the point of the game I took her from, she could be seventeen already, or have turned seventeen in December when she had her birthday. I'm going to say seventeen. :|a
5) Voice: I always hear her with her English VA even though it frustrates me so much, so I try to add in some emotion. Real emotion. Once in a while I hear her with her Japanese VA, when she's more open and acting like a the teenager she is beneath.
6) Who does the housework in their house/apartment?: I get the feeling that she, Anise and Nephry do most of the housework while Dist keeps to himself in his room doing whatever he does.
7) Their favorite (and least favorite, if you want) foods and who does the cooking in their house/apartment?: I imagine she and Anise have started splitting cooking duties if they're not doing it together, and she doesn't really have a favorite type of food that I know of (feel free to correct me, Akai).
8) What they do during an average day in Luceti: Every day starts with waking up early and flipping through the journals to see if anything happened during the evening, then getting up and checking on her housemates. She'll do her share of the housework, then go by House 5 to kidnap Star for a while. By afternoon she's in the library, reading various novels and researching Luceti as much as she is able. After all that she'll end her day with practicing contact with Nala by Ammy's tree, where I assume she's joined by various people every so often. She goes to school as well, but what she does remains relatively the same aside from kidnapping Star.
9) Their general sense of fashion:
She wears a lot of brown, warm tones and dark colors, like the people of Yulia City do. Her outfits in canon come in wide variety, but for the most part she'll wear dresses with long sleeves, cut similarly to her default outfit so she is still able to run freely and easily should the situation call for it. She also wears pants and other long-sleeved shirts or sweaters, and always wears her mother's necklace now that she's found it. Her hair is usually down, but occasionally she'll pull it up even though she feels awkward about it. Really, there's nothing spectacular about her sense of fashion or anything that stands out, other than she makes for a great dress-up doll.
10) Do they have any hobbies? Did they come up with these hobbies in Luceti, or was it something they always did?:
Tear continues to sing in Luceti, though she has shown some interest in gardening. A hobby she's developed is walking through the forest around House 1 and toward the western lake, since she likes the scenery and quiet, plus Cirno lives there.
11) Has the situation in Luceti changed their view on certain topics/the way they react to different things?: She's still struggling with opening up more, so hopefully Luceti can help her along there. Or Luke and Ion can drag her around places.
12) Do they have a weapon? If so, do they carry it at all times or just under certain circumstances?: As a soldier she never goes around Luceti unprepared, considering what she knows of what has happened in the past. There are always a number of throwing knives on her person, and more often than not has her staff nearby or strapped to her back/side in case it's needed. She also has those nifty hymns of hers to put people to sleep in a pinch, and is considering learning from the other Filial spirits . :|b
13) Who are their neighbors?: She hasn't met any of them yet, and the rest of the Abyss cast is just a stone's throw away in House 5. She goes there often enough that it may as well be a second home.
14) How long have they been in Luceti? Has that length of time impacted them in any way?: She's been in Luceti for three months now and seems to have taken it rather well, though she's still adjusting to the calendar here. I don't think that's enough time to really impact her aside from Ion being alive and around, which really shook her considering he was the first one to contact her when she arrived.
15) Their favorite areas/stores/hang-out locations?: She's really taken a liking to spending time in the library and reading the materials there, as well as spending time beneath Ammy's tree to contact Nala.
16) Wing color and how do they deal with their wings?: Red-violet, she has modified some of her clothing but will sometimes still try to cover them, since they are so vulnerable and can easily be used as a weakness. Those soldier instincts are still strong in her. :|b
17) Did they change or grow in any way physically since coming to Luceti?: Her hair has grown only slightly, she's only been here two months so that doesn't really warrant for much change physically..
18) What do they miss the most from home?: Peony's rappigs. And Mieu. She misses them all very much. Also, she misses her selenia garden back home and the area around Engeve.
19) What does their handwriting look like? Do they write the way they talk, or is there a clear difference between the two?: She has a nice, crisp style, just barely qualifying as script, and writes the same way she talks. But if you ask her to write something personal, like a letter, it'll sound more like a report than something about how she feels or thinks.
20) Is the way they act in person different from the way they act over the journal system?: She doesn't act very different aside from it being easier to tease her in person because she can't escape that easily or regain her composure without anyone noticing.
21) Did they gain/lose any personal goals during their stay in Luceti?: She and the group were about to enter Eldrant to finally confront her brother and set Lorelei free, with Luke most likely disappearing in the process. Can't quite do that here in Luceti, and it bothers her more than she'll let on, becoming frustrated that she can't do anything about it. Right now one of her goals is to help Nephry learn how to defend herself, and she has somewhat adopted Cirno as a little sister, so it's easier to take her mind off of it.
To be honest she's a little relieved that her goal was delayed since she knows Luke is here and healthy, and will be around longer. That she knows of, anyway.
22) Is Luceti a technological upgrade, or downgrade for them? Have they adapted to these changes well?: Sort of both, since Luceti has some things she's never seen before, but she was raised in Yulia City, which is basically a remnant of the amazing technology they had back in the Dawn Age that no one really knows how to use anymore, save some minor repairs.
23) FOR STUDENTS: What is their favorite class? What is their least favorite class? What about their general behavior in school?:
24) Do they have any special talents? If so, what are they?: You're looking at a very talented Seventh Fonist descended from Yulia Jue here, being one of the only two in-game capable of using the Fonic Hymns at their fullest extent. This probably means that if she were really up to it and trained hard enough, she could control Lorelei's power as in Luke and Asch.
25) Anything else you want to note?: I think the reason why I'm so hesitant to put her out there is because I haven't played the game all the way through since December of '06 and am currently attempting a canon-review. And she's not the most social person out there. 8D;;
