This will probably be a shortish review, due to the two-part nature of the episode, but I'll be able to think more clearly about it after next week's :-)
I liked it. But watched it at about midnight last night, so all I have to say is, been there!
The one distracting thing about the episode was waiting for the English actors to drop their accents.
Apart from the one who was Jo in Spooks, I couldn't tell which were english and which were american. I know some of the american ones were in a recent Big Finish audio set in America, and are genuinly american.

*snicker* At least you've seen it. And you can actually imagine being there far better than I can.
The guy who plays Soloman is in Holby City and the guy who plays the young chap who got captured has been in something else British, so those were the two that I really noticed. I didn't recognise Jo until I watched the Confidential afterwards ;-)
Because it bugged me all the previous episode who the girl was, I looked this episode up in advance. So I only knew she was Jo because I'd looked it up - I haven't seen the Confidential yet.

Who was Soloman? Was he the Hooverville leader?
