Merlin and X-Men links
Merlin:
Turn and Face the Strange: post season 3 Gwen pov, in transition to season 4. The other day I was hit by a desire to read stories on Gwen where we leave her in s3, and lo and behold, luck was with me and I found this. Great take on Gwen, her changing position in Camelot and the effect this has on both servants and knights (especially the new ones), but what really stands out are the scenes between Gwen and Uther, one in particular. Speaking as someone who thought the Gwen versus Uther confrontation in season 3 was one of the best scenes of the season (and such a great contrast to the last time she was brought in front of him early in season 1, I found this fanfiction take on Gwen and Uther encounters post s3 just as good, and that's saying something.
X-Men:
Inertia: historically, there were months between the missiles in Turkey and the Cuba missile crisis. So what did Charles, Erik and the fledgling X-folk do in the meantime? :)
Closure: in which Erik and Raven talk post-movie about what Charles did and didn't do.
