As for Next Avengers -- it's a movie, actually, an animated feature about the children of the Avengers. There's Hank and Jan's son, Thor's daughter, Black Panther and Storm's son, Hawkeye's son, and, inexplicably, the son of Captain America and Black Widow -- who were apparently a couple in this universe. (The son's name is James, which IS very appropriate.) When the Avengers were battling Ultron, they sent Tony off to protect the children, and all the Avengers except Tony subsequently died in the fight. So Tony's been raising the children ever since, full of guilt, and they have adventures. It's actually really adorable.
But my brain absolutely cannot wrap its head around Steve and Natasha being a couple, much less Natasha voluntarily getting pregnant, so I've invented a backstory (with the help of caia_comica in which the child was actually lab-created by a supervillain trying to make a supersoldier. My invented backstory only gets angstier from there -- when the Avengers free the baby, Natasha wants nothing to do with it, but Steve does, so he starts to raise him; simultaneously, or perhaps previously, he and Tony become a couple, so they wind up being James' fathers. But after Steve dies tragically, Tony can't handle the guilt, so he never tells James that he is also, for all intents and purposes, his father; instead, he invents a story about Steve and Natasha being a couple, since it's easy to believe given his genetics, and hides his past.
There's a point in the movie where angsty James yells at Tony and says "You're NOT my father!" and Tony looks heartbroken. With my angsty invented backstory added on, it's even more heartbreaking.

Billy and Brenda: With their Nathaniel and Isabel past, you know they'd totally be tempted to at least try the supherhero life. What do you think their powers should be?

I do think it's worth checking out; it has flaws, but Thor's daughter's story is really awesome, as is James', and the other characters are neat, too. It's definitely created for children, but there's plenty for adults to enjoy, especially adults who are fans of the Marvel U.
As for Brenda and Billy's powers... hmm. I'm tempted to say something mental; some kind of telepathy or mind control. Maybe they, like the Cuckoos, can become a hivemind that's more telepathically powerful than one could be alone?
