I always love your recs! Off to read the second Casablanca fic, the Bond, and the mythological ones. Aux Armes, Citoyens has an interesting texture, but it gets the politics seriously wrong, in that way too much research on not enoyhgh foundation seems sometimes to produce - and because it's detailed enough, it ruined the story for me. (Easily checkable: Admiral Darlan was never Interior Minister, but he was Pétain's PM for two years - you'd think the author could have Googled that at the very least, even if getting the local alliances wasn't so easy - and she gets the whole flavour spectacularly wrong.)

(I thought the Roger Rabbit and the Burn Notice new fics were especially good, so far.)

Never saw Burn Notice, but I just read the Roger Rabbit, and it is indeed to die for!
