Thank you for passing on the news about Ellis Kaut. I'm pretty much sat here going 'oh', in a most goldfish-like manner, because I spent large chunks of my childhood dressed up as Pumuckl at any opportunity.

My parents took the tapes with us every time we went on vacation and had a long drive there, and we spent the hours in the car listening, not just the children but the parents as well, spell-bound.
