Thanks for the Highlander rec. I'm suffering ridiculous HL nostalgia at the moment so that hit the spot nicely. Wish we'd seen more of Rebecca and Amanda together, but that's what fic is for :)

I'm unlikely to see Doctor Who in real time either as I'm being a good daughter and taking my mum out.

I'm feeling very nostalgic, too, and wish I could join the rewatch, but alas! I've only seasons 3-5 on dvd. And those dvds aren't with the APs, which is where I am right now.

All the episodes are up on YouTube here. The first two episodes really aren't too bad and I'd forgotten what an adorably sexy couple Duncan and Tessa were. Even Richie isn't too annoying...yet. Some of the clothes are hysterical and there are some definite filler moments, but I'm watching with a ridiculously happy grin on my face. This probably will not last when I get further into Season 1 (which I remember as being fairly dire), but it's good at the moment.
