I am wondering if there is any significance to the call on the Dharma phone besides a random funny. Behind the guy who answers the phone is a poster which reads "Lost Season 4." Season 4 of Lost, of course, was the season that show tipped the established show formula on its head--flash-forwards instead of flash-backs. And on the whiteboard behind the OUAT writers, you see their usual seasonal formula: "Problem" "Escalation" "Henry in danger!" "Resolution."

They did describe the end of season three as a kind of emotional reset in interviews, so maybe?

So I predict in season 4, Henry will be seduced to the dark side by a Frozen character (thereby putting everyone besides himself in danger) in his desperate desire to have a fairy tale featuring himself appear in the OAUT book.

To clarify, though, it's just a casting/character reappearance spoiler (which was pretty heavily reported on entertainment news sites a few months back), not plot.
