Yeah so the crazy one made the decision to not even interview me and hire someone behind the big boss's back while he was away in California. Everyone there can't stand her, and they were all really upset and mad that I would be leaving. They all really thought I would be staying. They also said that if the crazy bitch stays there to work, more than one of them will be leaving. Among other things she has done, these are the best:
She seems to be a raving racist. She said Latinos were unsafe and other stuff.
She is definitely a man hater, and only interviewed women.
She takes 40 + minute lunch breaks, instead of 30 minutes.
She makes me do all of the work she is supposed to do, even though she isn't hiring me. Bitch.
She has full blown arguments with other employees in front of everyone.
She is worse at chemistry equations than I am...and that is just pathetic.
She basically calls everyone that doesn't have a degree stupid, no matter how much experience they have.
She didn't listen to her other employees about how much they liked me and wanted to keep me.
She went behind her boss's back while he was away.
She pushed her power around while her boss was away, even though she has no right to it after being there for only 2 weeks.
She was supposed to at the VERY LEAST interview me...which, uh...didn't happen. Douchebag.
She never does her jobs, not even the simplest ones.
She seems to have no managerial experience although she claims to.
She is a crazy psycho in more ways that I can count.
There is so much more, and as I said, everyone dislikes her. Either she will be fired, or at least 3 people will leave. Everyone will be talking to the big boss, including the situation with me, but I doubt I will get a job there now. Stupid cock sucking fucking whore shit eating cunt bitch.

In other news, I got a call from Kelly down in the Chicago area. I am sending my resume to be forwarded to a pharmaceutical company for another temp position lasting a minimum of 6 months at $17/hr...so that would be damn good. I'm excited about that, and if I get that position, I hope things turn out to be better than at the good ol' spice place. Wish me luck with this...I need it!
