car stuff
it kind of pisses me off that the city of gainesville is trying to annex land that includes a stretch of 985 less than a mile long specifically to create speed traps. some county council person tried to get the whole thing squashed but it didn't work. how effed up is it that the city pretty much blatantly throws their evil plan right in your face? moral: do not speed on 985
you might have missed it but this morning CEE ENN ENN was reporting about the gruesome pics that were going around the intertron of that girl nikki catsouras who did some coke and crashed her parents porsche at over 100mph. i had never heard about the pics until that particular report, which just sort of proved to me that if they cared so much about supressing the viralness of the whole mess, then why report on it at all? you know morons like me who would have never seen the pics are going to go look for them as soon as we see a report like that. I found them in less than 4 mouseclicks. they were indeed pretty gruesome and I drove with both hands on the wheel all the way to work. if you find them and only see the mangled car, you haven't found the right ones yet.
in other car news, my ol beater is still going strong. i'll let you know when we start the deathwatch, but I honestly think it will not be til the end of summer. I'm determinedto make her crack 300k! I only paid $900 for the thing, so at this point every time I drive it I am practically MAKING money. my insurance is so low you would seriously cry if you knew. you will worship my car in all its dust covered seat ripped biplane sounding power steering fluid leaking glory.
