Beer, as a rule, is usually a very important part of the bocce ritual. Today,
theothergraham and I managed to squeeze in 5 games of un-beerified bocce, just for the LOVE OF THE GAME. The surface that we were playing on, which was at Oakhurst(?) Park, enabled play to once again stray from the strict back and forth that a regulation court would demand, and we threw diagonally all day long. I took the best 3 of 5, but
theothergraham made the -play of the day- by throwing a SICK quad scoring round. It was the only quad of the day, but there were a few triples.
Also, I think I am -finally- getting hooked into the xbox dealie. I'm waaay up to speed on that eh? By the time I even understand how to work the freakin thing they will come out with a new one. WAIT, I forgot, they already did. I'm scared of getting into gaming, because I can see it being an -incredibly huge addiction that I have to be as good as possible at which will cause me to never leave my hut again-. Well, regardless, we played some racing game today that absolutely ruled and I need to play it more. Maybe if I get a game console I can stop posting in this thing so much.
In other news, Peter on Family Guy giving a nod to Brak Show with the "ding fries are done" song kind of ruled.
