Mops

Has anyone tried the swiffer wet jet or anything like it. I don't want to invest in another mop if it is a gimmick. I currently use one of those string mops that you twist with the handle thingy. It cleans good but there is a lot of back and forth to the sink and it leaves the floor pretty wet. I bought one of those mop things with the wide flat

I have the wet jet and I really liked it. I recently went back to a sponge mop, though I can't remember why. I'm not sure how well it'd fit behind the toilet, at least the toilets in my house.

I really like my swiffer wet jet...a lot. There are two draw backs that I find myself dealing with but neither are that big of a deal. The solution that you spray on the floors tends to build up so I have to sponge mop every once in a while and I have to make absolutely sure that every bit of stuff is off the floor before mopping or I'm constantly using tissue to wipe up a line of "junk" instead of pushing it around the floor. Like I said, neither problems are big enough for me to ever go back to a sponge mop again...it's just too convenient.
Sorry about your co-teacher's spouse. My goodness...that is so sad. Keep us posted.
