#1 - Walking
Sixty years seemed such a long time but she would wait, even if the possibility of seeing him was unimaginable, even if it would take her forever, if it was the only way she'd be able to walk by his side again.
#2 - Waltz
For someone who had quite a lot of pointed complaints, cynical remarks, incoherent mutters and pronounced scowls, Rin had to admit as they glided across the Tohsaka Manor's ballroom, Archer sure had a full-on mastery of the dance floor.
#3 - Wishes
As she gazed at his form, eyes closed and his face so serene and void of scars from the War, she knew that, just for once, it wouldn't hurt for her to be selfish and wish for him to stay by her side.
#4 - Wonder
Shirou wondered to himself if Archer's animosity towards him was out of Servant-Master protectiveness or just plain jealousy over Tohsaka.
#5 - Worry
Rin had never felt a surge of concern in her chest, even as they flew across the night sky of Fuyuki City, knowing that Archer will simply swoop down and catch her anytime.
#6 - Whimsy
A pale eyebrow rose as Archer gazed at his Master's sleeping figure, a bit puzzled as to why she was smiling in her sleep.
#7 - Wasteland
That song had stuck in his head for quite a while now, a sharp stab of reality in his heart.
#8 - Whisky and Rum
Rin realized something as she lay in her bed, her head resting on Archer's arm: she would never challenge him to another drinking game ever again.
#9 - War
There were times when she despised the War, having to sacrifice a normal life for the sake of tradition, but there were times when she was thankful for it, having the chance to meet a person she would love forever.
#10 - Wedding
There was no need for an expensive dress or a large reception or a grand ceremony she had once imagined; all they needed were the stars to witness their union that evening.
#11 - Birthday
Not once had she asked him about his birthday and yet, every year, she would go to that room where he had first appeared on the day when he had first greeted her and would celebrate that fateful day they first met.
#12 - Blessing
There was one time when she had cursed the fact that she hadn't summoned a Saber-class Servant but then, it wasn't too bad having an Archer-class Servant either.
#13 - Bias
His eyes flickered from the impassive blonde Servant, seated primly on the tatami, to his Master, whose green eyes had narrowed into slits; now he knew which female to pick.
#14 - Burning
Archer's cool and collected mask rarely broke but when it actually did, she had always felt a searing sensation throughout her body.
#15 - Breaking
In the corner of the small house where they had sought refuge, in the midst of all those broken glasses, Rin's mask had finally shattered into pieces upon finally confirming to herself that Archer was never coming back.
#16 - Breathing
Just the sound of his breathing in the dark, even if she could not see him, even if she could feel him, brought a huge relief to her heart.
#17 - Belief
She had always believed that he would never leave her side until the day the War ended; what a mistake that was.
#18 - Balloon
Archer had no clue as to what set Rin off the day they went downtown; he found out the next day from Saber that it was over a red, heart-shaped balloon.
#19 - Balcony
It was the site of their very first kiss: seated on the marble balustrade, his hands on her sides, he had leaned forward and captured her lips in one fluid motion.
#20 - Bane
His urge to kill Emiya Shirou grew everyday, especially whenever the boy would comment just about every morning on how loud they were during the night.
#21 - Quiet
Archer's lips were already pressed on Rin's neck, his fingers nimbly fumbling for her shirt, when a loud crash from the kitchen pulled the couple apart, eliciting an irritated growl from his throat; there was just no quiet time for him and Rin anymore in the Emiya household.
#22 - Quirks
"I really can't imagine that, of all the things you like doing, Archer, it just had to be chores," Rin remarked flatly.
#23 - Questions
Regret was never a word that belonged in Tohsaka Rin's vocabulary until she realized she had failed to ask if Archer really loved her.
#24 - Quarrel
Their first meeting started with an argument, she remembered, but how they ended up in her bed several days later, she had no idea.
#25 - Quitting
Emeralds upon garnets, expressions impassive and intimidating, as they stared at each other over the table, neither wanting to give up; it was more than a staring match but a game of pride.
#26 - Jump
"Archer!" Rin had let out a scream, a hand over her chest, upon seeing the male Servant slumbering next to her on the bed, a wide smirk on his lips.
#27 - Jester
He had vowed to do anything for her--anything, even at the cost of his life--until he saw a multi-colored hat peeking from the paperbag she held.
#28 - Jousting
"Okay, fine, one more time!" she grumbled at him as they shook their hands once more, only to see that he was holding out a palm while she held out a fist; "I win again," came his retort.
#29 - Jewel
He had always believed that her eyes, the color of the Mediterranean, were more brilliant than any jewel she possessed.
#30 - Just
Rin folded her arms across her chest, a smile playing on her lips, her eyes trained on the bound Servant on her bed, "I can't overlook your mischiefs, can I?"
#31 - Smirk
If there was one thing Tohsaka Rin hated and loved about Archer, it was that smug, knowing smirk of his which she found rather disconcerting, disarming and distracting.
#32 - Sorrow
As he slowly disappeared, his tone reassuring and his words gentle and kind, Archer soon found himself gazing into the raw pain visible in Rin's eyes as she begged for him not to go.
#33 - Stupidity
Sometimes, Archer asked himself if it was sheer intelligence on strategy-planning on the part of Rin for choosing Emiya Shirou as an ally or it was simply one of her rarer-than-rare, random bouts of empty-mindedness.
#34 - Serenade
Asking Archer to sing her a lullaby was simply asking for trouble, Rin told herself as she grinned mischeivously and consequently met the glare the crooning Servant had sent her way, but it was so worth it.
#35 - Sarcasm
Archer apparently had several talents, Rin noted mentally: doing chores, keeping his mouth shut when the situation becomes imperative and throwing snarky, if not offensive, remarks towards Emiya Shirou.
#36 - Sordid
Archer muttered darkly as he sneezed for the nth time, tossing another book over his shoulder; Rin, for all of her family's wealth and influence, sure couldn't hire someone to clean up the manor.
#37 - Soliloquy
She had never imagined the guy as the poetic type but every night, before she would sleep, he would whisper sweets words in her ear and they would sound so much better than any of Shakespeare's works.
#38 - Sojourn
"If only I could, I would make time stop for the both of us," she murmured softly, his head on her lap, as she threaded her fingers lightly in his silver hair, "Just so you could sleep, Archer."
#39 - Share
Rin had always been stingy when it came to her bed, no matter how big it was for the both of them to sleep comfortably.
#40 - Solitary
She wanted to feel his pain, wanted to walk by his side on the path as a Hero, but he would simply push her away, shaking his head grimly; it was his burden to carry and no one else's.
#41 - Nowhere
With her seemingly logical arguments and his rather sarcastic but rational rebuttals, their conversation was certainly going nowhere.
#42 - Neutral
No matter how much she shouted or cried at him, even going as far as calling him an idiot, his face remained unchanging.
#43 - Nuance
From dark brown to hazel to reddish-brown to deep crimson, Rin sometimes could not put her finger onto which shade Archer's eyes belong to.
#44 - Near
It was that evening before the trip to the Einsbern mansion and, as he gently brushed the stray locks that had fallen over her face, he already knew that it wouldn't be long before they said goodbye.
#45 - Natural
Her face pressed against his chest, her silky hair tickling his skin, and his arms folded around her lithe body felt more natural to him than years of fighting.
#46 - Horizon
As the sun set on his duration in the mortal world, all crumbling to dust and ashes, Archer's final wish was to see his Master one more time.
#47 - Valiant
It was a valiant effort really, trying to close the bathroom door before he could see anything worth seeing, but there was just no stopping a scorned Master's wrath.
#48 - Virtuous
She could never call him a virtuous person, regardless of his title as a Hero, not with all the things he did to her during the night.
#49 - Victory
"Enough!" Archer leaned back against the wall, the corner of his lips rising to a fraction of an inch, as he watched his Master storm outside the room; Archer, one; Rin, zero.
#50 - Defeat
Rin had always been used to pain, physical, emotional or psychological, but it wasn't until her tattoo had completely disappeared that she had truly felt the pain of defeat and loss.
