Favorite Episodes of "FRIENDS" Season Five (1998-1999)
Below is a list of my favorite episodes from Season Five of the NBC series, "FRIENDS". The series was created by David Crane and Marta Kauffman:
FAVORITE EPISODES OF "FRIENDS" SEASON FIVE (1998-1999)
1. (5.14) "The One Where Everybody Finds Out" - When Phoebe Buffay finds out about Monica Geller and Chandler Bing's new romance, she and Rachel Green (who had discovered their secret in an earlier episode) attempt to get them to confess their relationship.
2. (5.01) "The One After Ross Says Rachel" - A humiliated Emily Waltham runs away from the church after Ross Geller says Rachel's name at the altar, during their London wedding in the Season Four finale. Meanwhile, Chandler and Monica struggle to get time alone together after their one-night stand. Helen Baxendale, Tom Conti and Jennifer Saunders guest starred.
3. (5.08) "The One with All the Thanksgivings" - The gang remember and share with each other their worst Thanksgivings. Morgan Fairchild guest starred.
4. (5.23-5.24) "The One in Vegas" - The gang travels to Las Vegas to visit Joey Tribbiani, who was supposed to be on location, shooting a new movie. Instead, he discovers that the movie had been scrapped. Chandler expresses jealousy when Monica mentions her old boyfriend, Dr. Richard Burke, in a conversation with Phoebe. After being surprised by Ross while naked, Rachel goes out of her way in an attempt to embarrass him.
5. (5.12) "The One with Chandler's Work Laugh" - Monica becomes annoyed at how Chandler sucks up to his boss. Ross hooks up with Janice when he discovers that Emily is getting married. Maggie Wheeler and Sam McMurray guest starred.
Honorable Mention - (5.19) "The One Where Ross Can't Flirt" - Joey's grandmother visits to watch him on TV. Ross has trouble flirting with the pizza delivery girl. And Rachel tries to find an earring of Monica's that she has misplaced. Kristin Dattilo and Lilyan Chauvin guest starred.
