Favorite Episodes of "LEGENDS OF TOMORROW" Season Two (2016-2017)
Below is a list of my favorite episodes from Season Two of the CW series, "LEGENDS OF TOMORROW". Based upon several D.C. Comics titles, the series was created by Greg Berlanti, Marc Guggenheim, Andrew Kreisberg, and Phil Klemmer:
FAVORITE EPISODES OF "LEGENDS OF TOMORROW" SEASON TWO (2016-2017)
1. (2.09) "Raiders of the Lost Art" Damien Dahrk and Malcolm Merlyn create a big aberration featuring filmmaker George Lucas, as they attempt to capture the amnesiac Legends leader, Rip Hunter in 1967 Los Angeles.
2. (2.17) "Aruba" - The Legends create a time storm when they break a time travel rule by returning to the Battle of the Somme in 1916 in order to prevent the Legion of Doom's earlier theft of the Spear of Destiny.
3. (2.10) "The Legion of Doom" - Damian Darkh and Malcom Merlyn aka Dark Archer struggle and fail to extract information from the amnesiac Rip on the whereabouts of his piece of the Spear of Destiny. Meanwhile, they simmer with resentment over Eobard Thawne's air of superiority over them. And the Legends struggle to find information on the Askaran Amulet and Thawne's true identity.
4. (2.14) "Moonshot" - The Legends learn where the last fragment of the Spear of Destiny is hidden when they track Steel aka Nate Heywood's grandfather and former JSA member, Commander Steel, to NASA Headquarters in April 1970.
5. (2.15) "Fellowship of the Spear" - The Legends land in the middle of the Battle of the Somme and enlist the aid of author J.R.R. Tolkien to help them destroy the Spear of Destiny before the Legion of Doom can get their hands on it.
Honorable Mention: (2.04) "Abominations" - While coming to the aid of a time pirate, the Legends land in 1863 Mississippi and find themselves battling Confederate zombies during the Civil War. Meanwhile, Dr. Martin Stein aka Firestorm and Dr. Ray Palmer aka the Atom try to cure team member Mick Rory aka Heatwave, who had been infected by the zombie virus.
