Absurdly Ambitious Plan
Sarah and I have both registered for the Peachtree 10k on July 4th. This is a fairly ambitious plan: running 10k over hilly terrain is a lot harder than it sounds.
We started training about a week ago, and I had a good run yesterday. As it turns out, treadmills are absolutely no substitute for actual running. From here on out, it's running on open terrain nightly.
Here's hoping I actually complete the 10k!
