Hmmm dammit I need to post more.
I got a job in December, working concessions at a movie theatre. It's not bad. The pay's decent, coworkers are cool, free movies all the time.
Got my application papers for my teaching certification. $150 to get a 3-year temporary certification for English and Japanese. Still trying to figure out how they want me to mail my transcript.
Hmmmmmmmmm.

Been doing a lot of art. Bought a moleskine and have been blowing through it-- dammit those things are expensive and I'm just all drawdrawdraw
well at least most of those drawings are good.
I've been working on my EFTW pitch ideas. I found a comic I didn't finish, and between fiddling with it I decided I'll use the plot to it for my pilot, if I get that far. Should I start writing a pilot script, do you think? Would it be too soon? I don't know anything about screenwriting...
I also made the decision to end the web version of EFTW. I've been running low on ideas and I'm afraid of letting it fall apart and get all shitty. I wanna quit while I'm still ahead, so I can go out on a good note and then have time to work on PH and the EFTW cartoon stuff. So PH is on hold while I finish up with EFTW (as, with the job, I don't have time for both).
It's been interesting coming up with an ending for this thing. I remember when I first started, the stuff in episode 80 was intended to be the end, but then I came up with the Ipati storyline and decided I could continue beyond that initial fight with Reza... hmmm it's so weird thinking how far I've come in this story.
I like the ending I have planned, so far... I've been planning it backwards though. Like, I have my last scene, then how to I get there? Well, this happens... how does that happen? And so on. At this point I still have like... one more thing to figure out, then I'm good.
I wanna end it on episode 200, but I just wrote 195 and there is nooooo way I can work up to the end in only five episodes. No way ever!
Trying to think whether I should come up with a clever number to end on or just let it go for however long I want.
Hum.

Well anyway... Megacon's coming up and I'm trying to have a rough draft of my cartoon pitch ready then. There won't be anyone I can pitch it to there, but maybe I can get some other artists to give me advice and ideas. Feedback is the important thing here. I'm gonna look into whether it's a good idea, and if it is I'll post it online too.

Okay, gotta get ready for sleep now... gotta work tomorrow D=
