COUNTDOWN TILL ST. PATRICK'S DAY: 24 DAYS!!!!!

Was talking to this kid named Jack on the bus today about Pasta Boy, since he knows him. Lolz it was funnie. Piano class was fun today, we learned the melody of Stairway. I'm also really progressing in Bohemin Rhapsody now that I have the new version. It's a lot of repitition so I should be okay. I want Chris, Joe and Fredo sing harmony with me for the beginning part. Chris said yea and Joe said he would consider it but I haven't asked Fredo yet. I was talking to Ivan before he had to go to class. I just chilled in the piano room for a while practicing Bohemian Rhapsody and Stairway To Heaven. I can now sing while playing Bohemian Rhapsody! YAY! In fact, I find it helps me with the piano part, I guess cuz that's the way i'm used to hearing it. I met up with Chris in his History of Jazz room and we just chilled with the professor up in there, just jamming and stuff. I left a little ealry today cuz I didn't want to be late for speech. We had to hand in the outlines today and it was a "first-come-first-serve" basis and I didn't want to be last and miss the bus so I got there early and was actually the first one. After I was done going over it with her, I just chilled in the classroom chatting with Ivan (different one from the one this morning,) Jason A, Alex and Jaime. It was fun and interesting conversation. Lmao. I couldn't wait to get home today. I called my mom and asked her to pick me up a posterboard on her way home from work cuz I need it for my speech on Thursday. Last night I started a playlist with my favorite songs of all time. I did a lot of it last night, from the songs I alreadi had on my computer and I added on to it with downloaded songs today. I'm not even done yet, (cuz I still don't have all the Aerosmith albums on my computer,) and it's nearly 300 songs already. That's why i'm a music major. Hehe. The rest of the night, i've been working on my speech. I decided to do it on the Beatles. I printed out 4 group pics and then one individual pic of each. I wrote "The Beatles" in big bubble letters across the top of the poster board, with a yellow 1 next to it, symbolizing the 1 album, since that's what i'll be playing in the background during my speech. Then I have thier individual pictures. Above thier picture, I have thier main instrument, on the right side thier secondary instruments, and then underneath thier names and birth and death dates, (for George and John, for Ringo and Paul I just put "present" cuz they're still alive, well, Paul may be dead. LMAO.) Then underneath all this, I had thier group pictures and finally, underneath that, I put the quote "It's certainly a thrill, you're such a lovely audience, we'd like to take you home with us." All of these things that I wrote are in different colors, since my mom was nice enough to get me colored sharpies when she got my posterboard. It looks realli fuckin nice, if I do say so myself. Probablly, my best work. I guess cuz it's something i'm passionate about, that definitely helps. After this, I wrote my speech. It took me about 2 hours, since I have 3 websites saying different things and different years and all that but I finally got everything together. I practiced it a few time with the music playing the background so I would have good timing. [I decided to do "Eight Days A Week" (2:44) and "Eleanor Rigby" (2:06) and my speech is between 4:30-5 minutes so i'm good!] I think I can do very well with it. When I practiced, I had a few "uhms" and stutters in it and I still managed to finish when the music was done. Since I know when the song is coming to an end, I know when to wrap up. It's a great idea on my part, i'm so creative. Lmao. If It rains on Thursday, i'm going to kill myself. I worked so hard on that posterboard AND I have to bring the boom box with me to school! *knocks on wood.* So now that i'm finally done with my speech, I have some reading to do for English. I'd also like to work on Bohemian Rhapsody a bit and call Justin before bed, so that's my cue to exit. Nite all!
