The owner of the San Diego condo is being a jerk ass and trying to raise his asking price now. Our offer was very respectable, and well above his low asking price. The realty company told him that he was being stupid, so we'll see what happens. If they decide to raise the asking price, we'll probably take a trip out there to revist the joint and make sure we really want it. It's pretty fucking swanky. We've been swimming every single evening! The pool is finally warm. Seriously, before June, our pool was like ice water. It's perfect now. Since firing our pool guy, we are much richer, and our pool looks much better.
