on the road again...
well, it's thursday morning...happy st. pattys day! and an extra special happy birthday miss erin michelle blanton (soon to be secret agent)
so yeah, this weekend is going to be the goodness...i'm about to head up to brandon to get a fresh cut and then drive my ass 8 hours to atlanta, georgia for some good 'ol fashion fun time! let's hear it for the three day weekend! :D
i'm really excited to see everyone...i haven't seen erin since the ghost tour of savannah, i haven't seen drew since my surprise birthday visit, i haven't seen jen since she was last in the SRQ, i haven't seen will in god knows how long and i have YET the pleasure to even MEET the rufix cube...hahaha...the only thing that would make this trip any better, is if we find a bar with super tunes, coupled with some awesome drink specials! :D
i'm sure there will be pictures taken, so there SHOULD be a nice little update when i get back

in other news, last night i had the best time ever at the coffee shop....it rivals all the paper airplane nights we used to have there and even the magical picture book night...basically, it started raining pretty hard, which in turn created this "raging river" along the side of the road...thien had the awesome idea to make little origami boats, which we did, and race them ;] after getting them "folded", hahaha, we proceeded to the starting line..... *GUN SHOT* AND THEY'RE OFF!! thien's boat shot out in front for the early lead, but because it was so small it took on water and was soon passed by the red rocket....she was eventually lost around devil's bend, where my boat emerged victorious ;] it lasted all of about 10-15 seconds, but it was the best! funny how the "little" things in life, make the biggest diferences :D
p.s. during this venture of ours, thien and i created a new form of origami...we like to call it "forced" origami...anyone can do it really, it just takes some basic, origami folding knowledge and brute strength...hahaha....ready? set? FOLD IT!!
ok, i'm off...i hope everyone has a happy and safe weekend...and thanks carrie for letting me borrow that camera....i hope you're feeling better *hugs carrie* :]
