Sadness
Visited Susy in the hospital. Made sure she got a tray to eat, because even though she was allowed to eat, her door said no food. And she just accepted it. I don't know what makes me more sad, hospitals not giving a shit because she is on SSI, or Susy not fighting for herself, and just being meek and quiet. If you knew Susy before the stroke, she was anything but meek and quiet. This is the woman who took me to egg the anti-abortionists, and taught me to sing "I don't Eat Animals" .... I am so depressed.
