Reminder: This journal's fine print reads "Bigots need not apply."

Let me say this for the record:
What other people do with their own bodies is none of your business. If someone does something you don't like, if you aren't involved, it is none of your business.
If they eat foods you deem unhealthy or eat more than you think they should, it has nothing to do with you. If they sleep with folks you don't approve of or more folks than you think is right, none of your business. If they dress funny, color their hair an unnatural shade, put holes in their bodies, none of your business. It isn't your place to comment if they smoke or drink, as long as laws are obeyed and your personal air is as clean as you want it.
It's called freedom of choice, people, and we get to have it as grown ups.
I suppose that this also means you have the right to be a bigoted sonofabitch. But it also means I don't have to have you polluting my friends' page with your bigotry.
To jump on your high horse and judge other people by culturally-bound standards you accept as "normal" is no better than judging folks for not sharing your preferred skin color.

In a society that loves to tear an individual's self esteem to bits at every opportunity, I think it's a wonderful thing when anyone decides to celebrate who or what they are. I don't think it's anyone else's right to pass judgment on them for it.
