Frank. Our loving Live Journal guide and mascot can chat it up with you on Gizmo Project for LJ Talk. Unfortunately, he doesn't know what things mean. And admits that he's actually pretty stupid... in otherwords, he's not programed to talk or anything yet >_< what the purpose of havin' frank online if he can't talk? Well the cool thing is, you can post to your journal from the chatbox without going on the LJ website to do so. But we'll see. Maybe Frank will evolve. Happy Samhain/All Hallows/Halloween!
