Business as usual XD:
Well, it's business as usual around here. I can't help but feel bad for poor Mr. Hughes who's stuck flat on his back in the hospital, though more and more people are piling me with stuff to file. I didn't think that people in Investigations had so many things to look through just in one day. Mr. Hughes is going to just love the amount of work that is waiting for him when he gets back.
Maybe I'll bring some of the smaller files for him to look over in the hospital. A few of them are only a couple pages...not like some of the reports, which are over 100. God. Several of these a day...
I wonder if I'd be able to deal with it.

I also got ahold of the military academy, and talked to a few people about getting in (I also explained my situation a little...well, more just saying that I had a change of heart career choice in the middle of my University career, and if there's any way I can get a transfer). Apparently there is a way to get in, but I'd have to take a semester-long prerequisite course to make sure I'm 'cut out' for this military thing.
But even then, that's only on special commendation. Where the hell am I going to find someone in the military who's willing to commend me to the school so I can go get a job in the Investigations division?
Geez, I'm just a secretary!
But on the offchance I am able to take this course? That means I'm going to have to do physical training...maybe even have basic weapons training...
Katsura's the one more suited to that than me. Her family's the one who gave her those swordfighting lessons! I know my way around a knife, but that's only because Mom demanded I know how to use SOMETHING if I get caught in a dark alley!
Ah well. Go with the gusto, I guess. I can do this.
