Called a Lady

A little girl

Who has been called a lady

Feels the dirty world beneath her sacred palms

Her muse exasperates with love

But no one is there to capture thy air

Her only time for herself

Is Captured and left to be beyond her only use

Nights left untouched

Tears left to be dried

Playing amongst arctic winds
With only thy lonely but lovingly kiss to set free

All the doubt

He is one’s lovely embrace

To shelter her purity.

Her heart’s calamity

Has led her to believe in no fortune to ever come

And last a simple ever after

Her unrequited cries

Finds a soul to yearn into

To pour in and circle about

To only want to stay kept in and warm

But is forced by her own mind to run away

Wishing for time to only stand so still

Thinking if there’d be no future

There’d be nothing left to hurt her further.

I’m so happy when I’m with you

My feelings go beyond what words can honestly and truthfully say

You make my heart  bounce and giggle

I only want to be kept so close

But my mind yearns for space

Yearns to believe you are nothing but

Time and trouble

For a touch

A glide amongst your cheek is only what my solid skin covets to touch

And to feel your gaze upon my brow

But all that is left is nothing

That is left of me to believe

You are caught up into me

But honestly is your heart truly mine?

Or is it buried beneath

Beneath the sentiment

Beneath the skin

Beneath it all

Why must I worry too heavily

When you claim you would never hurt such a fragile thing

Soul

Only because what we do is not allowed

And it scares me to see you serious

Serious

Scared to see you waste my time

Are you?

If not

Then why does my mind read as if you were

So many unrequited snivels

To wish upon a star

And be cradle in your trueness

Your warmth is all I need to keep me warm

You seem so sweet to taste

You feel so independent

To be left to be called my own

We may not be made for each other

But I want you.
