Friday was quite eventful

After being up later than usual, I was able to wake up a bit later, too. The first objective of the day was to get to one of these newspaper meetings I feel obligated to go to. I was called upon for something I always thought was common knowledge at Ai. This has happened before. We learned this in Computer Applications- even Culinary had to take that, didn’t they?

With very few minutes remaining on my meter, I had to take off early. The plan was to grab Nessa and the camera, fly to the suburbs, go back to school, edit. This goal was not accomplished, as we couldn’t secure a camera. They were all checked out until 4 (it was noon at this time). I freaked out and called some people, then pulled my car into the parking ramp next to school.

You’ve got to see this disasters as opportunities, though. I edited for six hours on Friday. It wasn’t just me, either. The whole group came around at least for a couple hours throughout the day. Carly even brought some pizza from her work, which was actually really good.

At this point, we’ve got about 3-4 scenes to shoot left, with the entire project due Wednesday. This will be quite a miracle if we can pull this off.

Later on, after getting home and what-not, I talked to Chase and he invited me over to his brother’s house for cheelin’. picked Jake up when the time came and we ran over there with a few misadventures.

Chase’s brother’s house always provides good times. Jake is a massive douchebag and took what was probably a ten minutes video without us knowing- killing my phone’s battery and remaining space. I also destroyed Chase on some song, which will easily be the pinnacle of my rock and roll career. As far as my rap career, the sky is the limit. These streets can’t hold me down.

Our night wasn’t over when we left Chase’s brother’s house, no. We ended up at Super America (the new hotspot with me and my friends) and watched Orange County. I can’t get enough of that Jack Black + Colin Hanks collaboration.
