Too many gay ships
It's just bugging me that most fan ships are gay again. Don't get me wrong, most of what I'm reading are gay ships, it's just that most of my ideas lately are straight and it's made me self conscious.
This all started with MDZS, unsurprisingly. I'll admit the only thing I've finished is the cartoon so my canon knowledge is skewed but still. I fell out of Wangxian a long time ago, but the other characters and world building have left vague ideas in the back of my mind. I stumbled across a decent Jiang Cheng fic and they're crawling forward. I tend to Fav Chara/OFC, as my ff.net page shows, so I went looking to see if anyone else has. I couldn’t find any, hell the AO3 filters didn’t give OC options in any pairing.
I shouldn't be letting it get to me. It's tertiary characters, Nie Mingue/OFC. I've done this before, any entire fic for Lanchia from Hitman Reborn, for fuck's sake!
