Ah.... what to say, what to say? Well, we lost our internet for a little while due to monetary issues (bah), but we're back online. Lance bought a British gaming magazine and qualified to win a million British pounds, but you have to live in the UK. He also qualified to win a mercedes and plasma TV and a Florida vacation. At first we thought that it was an automatic prize, and he was very upset, but upon further investigation, we realised that it was merely a qualifying round, and that softened the blow. I had my drug test yesterday for the job I'm up for, which is very nice. I'm sure that I'll pass the drug test, and I'm pretty confident that I'll pass the background check, but I hope they don't do a credit check, because they might not want me then. My argument is that one cannot possibily pay their bills without income. So there. Ah well. I hope that they take me, because I'm really going nuts not helping Lance with bills and paying my own. I want to straighten things out with my bank and then see about a lower rate loan to pay off my computer. That should help ALOT. It might take some time, though. Other than that, things are pretty cool. There are plenty of games coming out that we're really excited for. Kenny and I watched through my Sailormoon boxset, and now he wants to get Sailormoon R, but now that they're out of print, they're so tough to get. We'll find one, though. After that, I'll be in possesion of seasons 1-3, + discs 2 and 3 of SuperS, and all of Stars on DVD. I already have everything on DVR, but they're not good quality. It's been a while since I've watched through R, primarily because of Chibiusa, but I think that I'll be able to stand her this time around. She's better in the later series.
Enough with the dicertation on Sailormoon.... Black & White 2 is coming soon, not to mention Sims 2 Nightlife and Kingdom Hearts 2. Woohoo! Evidently, Shadow Hearts 3 isn't coming out in America, but we weren't that jazzed on it once we heard that it's so far away from the original storyline. Grrrr... But the BEST new game coming is Nintendogs!!!!! If I get this job, I'm going to save up for a few weeks to get a DS (the blue on from Target), and then I'm going to buy Kirby Canvas Curse and Nintendogs. Ah... materialism. My grandmother already bought me some work clothes. I'm keeping the tags on in case they don't want to hire me, though. Arg... I'm so anxious. I wish that my drug test would come back and they would let me know. If I don't get this job, there is an opening at Denny's that I might be able to fill. I'm not sure that I'm that comfortable with working with Lance, however. I'm around all the time, and he never has time for himself... I couldn't really stand to take his work away from him, too. I don't know. I just need a job. We'll see what happens.
