Standard Chartered KL Marathon 2009
This event starting tomorrow morning. I'm not a runner or whatsoever, and I don't an active outdoor person. Since I get the chance to try it for free, so what the hell. This is going to be my first marathon. Nothing big or spectacular. I'm just doing the 5KM fun run. You can see the map below for my route.
Didn't really have a good experience yesterday queue to collect my race pack. I went to Dataran after my lunch and I ended up queuing for 2.5 hours under the hot sun. I didn't complaint much knowing that is how they usually run things here. But some people just can't keep their heat in & blow it out at the volunteer staffs there. Poor fellas.
Anyway, pretty exited about tomorrow. Gotta wake up really early to watch the full marathon run. They'll be starting at 5AM here.
