Conner scowled.
Dick twitched and said, “Why did I agree to this?”
Wally had his face in his hands. “Oh god, I’m so embarrassed.”
Artemis groaned. “I hate skirts.”
Kaldur tried to see the positive side. “Well… at least… well…”
Roy couldn’t believe this. “Why do I hang out with you guys again?”
“Omigosh guys! You look so adorable!” The team winced as Megan ran up to them with her Clefairy in hand. Her Togekiss flew from her side, and began circling the teens. Her friends were wearing a white shirt with a red x on it. On the back of the shirt it read: “Go Miss Martian!” The boys were wearing blue jeans with the exception being Artemis wearing a skirt. They were all carrying green pompoms.
“I’m so happy you guys came to cheer for me! I know I’m gonna win this Pokemon Contest hands down!” Megan said, fired up.
Her friends gave her a weak smile and a few nervous chuckles.
‘Will all contestants please return to the waiting area. The contest is about to start!’
“Oh! Hello Megan! I better get going!” Megan gave a wave to her friends and ran down the hallway. “I’ll see you guys in the stands!”
As soon as she was gone, Artemis said, “Well… at least she’s happy?”
