Sunday at the zoo!
I know I haven't been blogging but there had been lots of changes at the workplace so I was a lot busier than usual.
Last Sunday, we went to the zoo! :) Preston had been asking to go and so we decided to give in to his request.
He zoomed in on the water play area the moment we reached!!!
By the way, Preston gets kinda freaked out by this huge bucket of water cos of the enormous & loud splash it produces when water is emptied.
And then, all that lovely weather went away after our quick lunch at KFC. Luckily, we were at the reptile area so we were safe from the lashings of the terrible downpour that followed!
Preston was fascinated by the small crocs. Heck, even Aug & I were!!! It's truly amazing to be standing so close to this reptile and examining it.
We amused ourselves by taking photos while waiting for the storm to pass.
And for the 1st time ever, we took the bus (SBS 138) home! The route was very direct and we were home pretty quickly.
