This is a super late entry.
We had caught the Thomas movie (Day of the Diesels) 2 weekends ago at Cathay Cineleisure and I won't be blogging about the movie. It was entertaining and Preston stayed throughout, enthralled by his fave engines -- Thomas & Percy, on the big screen. Hubby & I were surprisingly not bored during the hour-long movie.
Anyway, watching the movie "inspired" Preston so much he's been wanting us to buy him Diesel 10 to add to his huge (and still growing) collection of wooden trains.
We had brunch before the movie. Or rather, Preston did. Hubby & I were still full from our heavy breakfast so we decided to try out a new place... Charlie Brown Cafe! I ordered the American breakfast set for P and drinks for the both of us.
Preston was thrilled to be eating there. Not because he's a fan of the Peanuts, but because of the mini fountains lining the sides of the walkways.
And that's where he spent time while waiting for his food.
Very un-glam shot of the father & son duo but I just couldn't resist.
To say Preston was thrilled by the many mini fountains & water features was an understatement. Just check out the look of glee on his face!
By the way, that's one of his Uniqlo x Tomica tees and he picked it himself, out of the many designs available.
I preferred another print but he insisted on this because of the shinkansen trains. So opinionated and vain!
