"Treasured Stories by Eric Carle" & "Thomas & Friends: Day of the Diesels"
Those in my FB will know that I've bought tickets to this production by Mermaid Theatre of Nova Scotia, Canada.

Firstly, i believe strongly in taking kids to theatre productions (must support the Arts!) and secondly, it's Eric Carle!!!! His stories are simple and engaging. Preston loves his Eric Carle books and although i've grown weary of re-reading the books thousands of times, i'll still pick them out for Preston as a bedtime story.
This is not Mermaid Theatre's first foray into children's theatre in Singapore. Last year, they also performed 3 Eric Carle stories and we took Preston to that production too. He loved it and retold the story of "Little Cloud" when we got home. :)
And now with the Circle Line fully operational, it's even easier for us to get to Genexis Theatre. Yay! We're looking forward to this production and in the meantime, we're waiting excitedly to watch a Thomas & Friends movie next Saturday. I don't know if it's showing only at Cathay Cinemas but here's the booking link. I'm pretty sure Preston is going to love this movie!
