There are many things in my mind about All Rider VS Dai Shocker aside its EPICness and how Troll-chan just TROLLED EVERYONE and I got goosebumps when all those Riders showed up. *_* But I'm at work now and I don't know whether I can write it down like the way I want it. And it will be short. :|
So. About Tsukasa. He looked just like the exact definition of evil Dai Shocker leader with his smirk and the way he lounged on the throne. And damn, did he look DELICIOUS or what. How he gave no reaction whatsoever but an amused little smile while he watched Natsumi and Yuusuke getting hurt. And the way he threw the sword to the ones he once considered as most precious people in his life. Evil. Cold. Ruthless.
But hold a sec.
Let's rewind to the previous scene. In the battle arena where Decade just got declared as the strongest Rider.
If that is not an experssion of hurt, I don't know what is.
So this might be my bias showing, but what if Tsukasa was NOT evil? What if when he got his memory back, he remembered that his goal was saving the world, and the only way to achieve it is to pretend to be Dai Shocker's leader? And when he became the winner of the Rider Battle, he realized that there was no other way and he had to hurt Natsumi and Yuusuke.
This might be only my personal bias that deep down inside I don't want to see evil!Tsukasa though the image is so very hot. But when he threw the sword, didn't he opened the trap door leading to the sewers at the same time? Am I the only one who saw this as his way of saving Natsumi and Yuusuke temporarily while he probably tried to find a way to destroy Dai Shocker from the inside?
And maybe it's why he was so devastated when all his plan failed because Tsukikage and Sayo plotted against him, and then Natsumi--the only place for him to come home--refused him. I always think that the only things that kept Tsukasa from falling apart are the people around him. Natsumi, Yuusuke, Daiki, Hikari-jiichan... So when he lost all of them, he just didn't have the reason to stay alive. Not even to save the world.
So (thankfully) came Yuuki Jouji. Who made Tsukasa realized that all was left for him to do was to fight. Fight to protect the ones who are important for him. Or die trying.
...yes this is entirely my personal bias. I'm such a sap. :D;;
