Today was a very good day. ^_^
Well, actually, the first part of my day was so-so. Took my bio test, and I don't even care. I already have a good grade in the class, so this was just a test to maybe improve my score. Met up with Lori because she was in the bio class too. And then we went to the school store where she needed...something. And she mentioned she got me a Christmas present, so I was like, Crap! Well...I'll get you a mattress egg shell thingy. Now, I know that doesn't seem like much, but it was something she really needed. Her bed hurts. ^^; So yeah, and she got me a scarf and hat! Woot!
So then I did some reading, met with my prof to talk about the paper I need to do for the final, and then it was Secret Santa time! :D Firstly, Tihana got me pretty smelly good girl stuffs. And makeup too! :D I was all excited. And then the secret santa-ing. Geoff got me The Action Heroine's Handbook, which is hilarious. I loves it. It made me laugh out loud. "How to Win a Catfight, Drink Someone Under the Table, Choke a Man with Your Bare Thighs, and Dozens of Other TV and Movie Skills" Priceless. And a Blizard Club Rewards Card. "Good for backrubs whenever you want!" Lori and I both agree that he gives damn good backrubs. XD He was pretty smooth, considering he had to borrow wrapping paper from me. He was like, I'm just gonna cut the wrapping paper and wrap it later so that it's a surprise for everyone. He made me suspect him for a minute when he muttered something about giving the wrapping paper back tomorrow, but then he was all Psh, no, I'm not your secret santa. ...Okay, from my description, it was sorta suspicious, but I didn't really think about it that much, so I was still surprised. ^_^;;
And then I revealed that I was Mike's secret santa. And it turns out I did a good job! He didn't suspect me, and I got him The Emperor's New Groove, which he loved. It was a little hectic when the Fables release date was postponed, and the Nintendo 1-Up hat I wanted to get him was out of stock, so I was really happy when I thought of this! And that he liked it! Then we went to Borders because they were having a 40% off sale. I quickly bought Tihana the Exalted book she wanted because she got me all this kickass stuff, and I felt inadequate. ^_^;; And it was awesome. Right after I bought it and everyone else was still in the back, I had the charity ladies wrap it for me. Heehee, it was funny. Then we ate dinner at Booeymongers, and after that I did a little more note taking for the essay that I was still putting off. And then we watched Emperor's New Groove. :D Yeah, everybody loves that movie. It was great. There were 11 of us in that tiny dorm room. It was kinda hot, but I still wanted to cuddle. ^^;
And now I'm gonna go to bed. Gonna wake up early and start my essay. For real this time. *Nodnod* I'm even setting my alarm for 8:30. How hardcore am I? Okay, not really, but still. ...Yeah, it's gonna suck, but it's better than doing it now until 4 am. Anyway, happy holidays, and I'm really happy that the gift giving turned out well! ^____^
