We've been getting letters from Shaw for over 6 months advertising their specials. We've also been calling them for over 6 months telling them to take us off their mailing list.
Calling them doesn't do anything. What can I do, or who can I talk to in order to escalate this issue and actually get it cleared up? Like, can I talk to my MPP/MP/etc? Is there someone from the better business bureau that I can reference with this?
