Freedom?
Finally took my Math 14 finals last Friday. Though the results of my third long exam weren't as ... desirable, as I hoped they would be (I JUST WANT TO STAB THE BLOODY THING AND THROW IT OUT THE WINDOW), I guess I'm glad that I can finally start on my summer vacation.
Spent the day after at the AME Induction for austere_flare, dia_aren_marie, frafifrafra and step_shock (congratulations, you guys~! X3). It really is very different when you're not the one being inducted. Witnessing it for myself, I'm just glad my own induction is over. -.-
My favorite part was the announcement - everyone went YAAAAAAAAAAAY and I would've jumped up and down had I not been holding a cup of Coke. Went down to the pool where Batch Shemen finally jumped in, hurray~! Swam around for a while and just enjoyed spending time with everyone.
(Though I swear the pool water was weird. My swimsuit turned darker than it ever did when I had Swimming for PE during first sem, I've got these odd kinda-rashes on my left arm and foot, and when I rinsed my hair out this morning, the water was briefly tinted the same color as the pool water. O_O)
Was dropped off by mirai_kazuko, only to be informed that Tita Rhona had invited us to her son's second birthday party that night. Napped and played around on the computer for a while before heading off to Max's. Drove down the entire length of Tomas Morato before a McDo guy told us that we were doing it wrong supposed to turn left down Roces. Finally found the restaurant, whoo.
Hayden, the birthday celebrant, is an absolute cutie - big brown eyes, cute button nose, chubby little cheeks, kyaaaa~ Snapped many pictures of the little sweetheart - will share when almost-Phoenix works again.
Ate epic amount of food - everything was delicious: the chicken, the lechon kawali, the sinigang, (if I liked kare-kare, I probably would've found it tasty, too), the buko pandan thing, and of course, delicious cake. Hayden was more interested in the candles than the actual cake, though.
