Daphne??!

I didnt know if my eyes were playing tricks on me...but I swear that this person really looks (or is!) Daphne. Please look at the lady in the middle (bottom) of this picture...which I came across in you-know-who's blog.



Anyway my question is, if that is really Daph, then what is she suppose to be?? Doesnt look scary to be at this Halloween party LOL
