Saffron? Well, it's kind of a huge city, kinda like the Goldenrod of Kanto. It was a pretty important place in the game and stuff, so I think that's why a lot of people are excited for it.

Uh.. it's kind of like comparing Tokyo to Osaka, you know? Same basic idea, totally different places, though. Different stores, different Pokémon, different Gym?

Pretty much, yeah. There's eight gyms there too, and a bunch of Pokémon that you can't find in the wild in Johto, either.

Some people I've talked to think that we need to collect all the badges and defeat all the champions in all of the regions.

Yeah, I've heard that too... but I think it's just a rumor. It's not like anyone's ever actually done it to say for sure and... well, I'm not sure anyone even knows how that came about.

It may be a theory... but it's worth a shot. It's the most reasonable theory I can think of.

I think a lot of people are in that boat. I'm just gonna keep doing what I'm doing for now. Or... I dunno, see if there's something else. I don't know if "beating the game" - or that part of the game's really gonna be the answer.

Guess we'll see though. No use in ruling it out until we know for sure, right?
