I work out with Jeff, all was well. On the way home, I saw some guy had run his car into a ditch. I hop off my bike right about as two people walking by and another cyclist stop. The five of us lift his car and move it out of the ditch before setting it back on the road. (only had to lift the front end.)
Does a body good to see that every single person who surveyed the incident stopped to help the driver out of his jam. I think that's gonna help me keep a high going for the next couple days. (Combined, of course, with OU/Texas.)
