1. Last week's operation on my shoulder was successful. It has been recovering well. My stitches were removed yesterday. Physical therapy begins on Monday.
2. I completed my exams. Fortunately, the extra time given was enough to render my handwriting legible.
3. Come over for dinner sometime next week? When are you available?
4. I do not know about other schools, but it has been brought to my attention that bullying due to sexuality has been prevalent in the Seigaku community. I have cleared it with the student council and the staff of Seigaku to start a Gay Straight Alliance (for both the middle school and high school students). However, I feel that such a measure will prove more effective if there was a network of schools with a similar program. That way, our kohai and peers can be protected on many levels. Bullying will not be tolerated.
As leaders within your own school communities, I am interested to hear your thoughts on the matter. Do your schools have similar issues? Thank you.
