Hi everyone! I'm in the USA for about one month before I go to study in England. ♥ I can't keep all of my stuff with my parents, so I'm going through some of my manga collection. >.the text version of Natsume Yujin-cho 夏目友人帳 (English title: Natsume's book of friends)

Studio Ghibli, puzzle: a wonderful box set given to me by a friend. I only ever opened two of the puzzles, but even those, all of the puzzle pieces are accounted for. ♥ The boxes containing the puzzles make some simple 4-piece puzzles for your little ones, or for display. Inside the boxes, we have an 80 piece set, a 54 piece set, a 35 piece set, and a 15 piece set. Truly charming.

Spirited Away:
A truly charming manga-book version of the film. The lines are still true to the film, but since it doesn't move as quickly (hehe), it offers the unique opportunity to study the lines as well as enjoy the story. It really is wonderful being able to look at it in high-gloss print, too.
Review: Inu x Boku SS is a really wonderful series for art and romantic story-line. Volume 4 picks up where the anime left off if you've seen it (I recommend that too!), with the Yoko (Fox Spirit) Sōshi who serves Ririchiyo (a demon girl ♥). Sōshi is a gentleman (with sometimes etchi humor, lol), and Ririchiyo acts as though nothing bothers her, but she is really very sensitive. They live together in an apartment complex full of other Yokai (Japanese spirit animals, monsters)...then a mysterious boy shows up and changes everything. There's nothing like reading the story in the original language: you get the lovely subtle nuances and get farther in the story while you wait for the US-language translations. :D

Review: the manga series has a total of 13 volumes, but I only ever found these in Japanese. The manga has since been picked up and translated into English if youneed to finish the series! :) How exciting. Anyway, this is about 2 agents who are chasing down drug-crime-people. Wikipedia sums it up well: "Two new investigators at the Narcotics Control Department in Japan, Kurabayashi Hal and Eto Kai, struggle against drug dealers, gangs, murderers, psychopaths, and mysterious organizations, in particular the notorious drug ring known as Ryuugen. But the gentle and caring one of the group, Kai, has problems of his own: he can become a cold-blooded, killing machine under certain scenarios. As the NCD works toward bringing down Ryuugen, however, answers began to arise, threatening to reveal the truth behind Kai's alter ego and exactly who the young criminal investigator is."
Shipping: both series are approximately 4 lbs 4 ounces (1.9kg)

(Cardboard actually weighs a lot, so this is to keep shipping costs down.)

Review: Natsume Yujincho is really well known for Nyanko-sensei, and for good reason. He lends humor, but is extremely loyal to Natsume. Natsume and his friends offer a unique look into Japanese High School life while dealing with the traditional Youkai (Japanese Monsters) of the countryside. Some of it I'd never heard of before reading this lovely manga~
Again, reading the original language is extremely interesting for this manga. The youkai all talk with their distinctive dialects, and the polite language vs. Nyanko-sensei's unique voice...looking at it is wonderful. Definitely a good read.
(Chapters 47-70, also contains 特別編15、歪みなき世界・前編・後編 or the special publication, "this distorted world" which showcases Natori!）
