Groundbreaking... err.... achievement? Impossibility? Objections?
Chatting with an Indonesian friend in mIRC, I remember she told me that the best publisher in Jakarta has published a shounen-ai (yaoi?) manga titled "Ghost". Sans cencorship.
That, in itself was a startling revelation... that publisher was known for their strict cencorship. Nothing offending moral values, nothing insulting religions, no sexual innuendos....... I remember reading a kissing scene where they erased the guy as to erase the kissing scene so that the girl looked... well, dumb. The fact that they broke through 2 of their own cencorship rules signifies a major change.
And again, I'm stuck here, unable to buy the book.
However.... I just checked Tokyopop. I remember she told me that book has reached its 4th book in Japan, while in Jakarta they had only published the first book. Can this be the book she told me about?
