Currently 165.6. I hate being this high in weight. I am trying to get off sugar. I eat it like a drug. When I feel upset, bored, tired, hungry, sad, lonely, I turn to sugar. It's better than drugs but I cannot stand how big I feel and how tight my clothes are. I am attempting to eat less processed food and drink more water. I am hoping it helps. My current goal is 15 lbs but 30lbs is my longer term goal.
