Cosplay Update!
So, like, the LAST place I post my recent cosplays is LJ... Wow.
I went to Armageddon Saturday, because I already made plans for the Sunday XD Though considering what I've heard about the cosplay coords, I'm not entirely sad about it. I am sad about missing everyone, though. Oh well!
I cosplayed Shadow Naoto from P4 - because I love this character something fierce, and oversized lab coat? SO MUCH TRAPNESS!

Errrr... I actually did think that was an extremely tired cosplayer when I first saw it. I was all "um, are you all right?"

My wonderful oceanid went as KH2 Kairi, so I'm highly tempted to go as Namine and not have to bind. On the other hand, I did promise valentines_av that we'd P4 together, and I'd also promised myself I'd do TF2 Medic. How did I ever get myself into cosplay dilemmas!? D: oh wait, remember pre-Manifest?
After much stressing about it, I'm 95% sure I won't do Namine. I mean, I love cosplaying with oceanid, because she is so lovely and so much fun to be with. Also, it's an easy cosplay, and I have the wig already. On the other hand, I am totally addicted to circle lenses now, and I just can't bring myself to do a cosplay without them. There's a small chance I'd be able to get them in on time, but even with the exchange rate, I can't justify $50USD for just one pair... I guess I'd have to get green ones for Onion Knight too, eventually, but even then, I still might not get them in time. And lastly, (forgive me, Flipper!) I just don't think Namine is all that recognisable without Kairi, or other KH2 people.
Edit: Feh, I wound up buying them anyway. And then I slept on it, and then I decided to try and add green ones to the same order as well. The exchange rate can go back down to 60 after tomorrow.
But the pull to cosplay with my Flipper is just... so strong >_________<
Anyway, here are some trial pics of Namine (not her actual dress, that's... ummmm... my nightie :x)
I also started the medipack for my Medic cosplay - I've given up on the medigun since I have a perfectly good bonesaw. Apart from the fabric for the coat and pants, all I need to buy are the boots, gloves and a red tie. And since it's glasses cosplay, I don't have to stress about lenses. Just... everything else.
