Wine List
I just finished cataloguing our wine cellar (as it is), so here's a list of our current stash from oldest to newest. I'm quite fond of lighter reds (rosé, pinot noir, merlot blends), while rukubites has discovered a love for mid-oaked chardonnays. Most of our favourite wines are from the Maryborough region of New Zealand, though we did just get back from stocking up in the Tasmanian Tamar Valley :D
So, if anyone knows where we could get a lovely black, cast-iron, standing wine rack, we would be perfectly willing to treat you to dinner :D

- 2005 Rosevears Merlot/Cabernet Sauvignon (Tas) - apparently there's a difference between a Merlot/CabSav and CabSav/Merlot, but it's all just a bit of wankery (according to the winemaker XD)
- 2006 Penfolds Thomas Hyland Cabernet Sauvignon (Vic)
- 2006 Evans & Tate Shiraz/Cabernet Sauvignon (NZ)
- 2006 Rosevears "Estelle" Riesling/Traminer/Pinot Gris (Tas)
- 2006 Moores Hill Chardonnay (Tas)
- 2006 Velo Pinot Noir (Tas)
- 2006 Velo Riesling (Tas)
- 2007 Montana Sauvignon Blanc (NZ)
