It happens... without the snow you can't have the sun in summer, nor can you have the melancholy of autumn's cool breeze, nor the lust for life afforded by Spring's bountious abundance. It's a circle, dear, one which pays for the bad days with good ones.
What about people who don't live in a temperate climate zone like ours? Huh? I mean, are you trying to say that people who live in a tropical zone aren't as "well adjusted" as we are? What about those of us who would rather live outside of The Tundra of Doom? Do we suck because of it? Yes, maybe we do, but at least we're damn proud of it! Hee hee hee! *Shakes fist* FREAKIN' AUTUMN!
I was going to make a comment about not wanting to hear about the Tropics... but I though, "no, nevermind... no one will think of that!" *Sighs* Those outside our Tundra of Doom (love the term... hehe) don't usually have the full swing of seasons, though... No Spring or Autumn as we know them. But, now that you bring up that point... No, they AREN'T as well adjusted as us! Not in the least! To the extent that ... they're not even humans! They're the true untermensch! Slime! Scum! Sunny and upbeat! *Throws a snow ball at her*
*Ducks the snowball thrown at her, but it hits her in the ear* OW! DAMN YOU! You see, I am one of the freaks who happens to live in The Icy TUNDRA OF DOOM and I hate it here. I hate Auntumn... I HATE winter. I can deal with spirng and summer... that's it. So, I guess I belong with those damnable sunny and upbeat bastards who scoff at the rest of the world who suffer from seasonal depression. *Throws a snowball back at you for the ear wound you have inflicted* Tropics here I come. Mainly to get away from these snowballs.
