eye carumba
So yesterday I have an endless runny nose along with constant sneezing and some coughing...I'm figuring it's just me being a little under the weather after Friday, Monday and Tuesday checking in all the testing materials from the AISD campuses. My left eye was also bothering me, but I didn't think much of it. Crystal asked me what was wrong with it last night because it was starting to look really red...again, I figured it was just allergies or a cold or just feeling run down.
Fast forward to this morning when I'm out at the warehouse with others from work getting all the nonscorables from testing ready to go back to the testing company and they ask me about my eye...at which point one of them says, "well you know, someone at check in had conjunctivitis. I wonder if that's what you have?"
Gee, what are the odds?
Pretty good it turns out.
So I have Pink Eye for the first time in my life and now I get to spend all weekend worrying that I've passed it on to Aeryn. Even if she does have it, I know she'll be fine...but you just never like to be the cause of your child's discomfort. I'm sure it will all be fine. :)
